Recipe: Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp RadSalsa⚡️ mix (all flavors work well, but we like it with Traditional)
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled, deveined
- 1 ½ tbsp butter
- 1 roma tomato, diced
- 1 avocado, sliced or chopped
- ½ red onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- ½ cup carrots, shredded
- ½ cup red cabbage, shredded
- Soft or hard taco shells
- Garnishes: lime juice, cilantro, sliced jalapeno, sour cream, street cotija corn relish
Instructions:
- In a medium pan, melt 1 tbsp butter over medium-high heat
- In a medium size bowl, combine shrimp and RadSalsa⚡️ mix
- Cook shrimp for 10 minutes, or until pink.
- Arrange tacos with desired fillers and garnishes.
