Recipe: Easy Queso Dip

  • 2 tbsp RadSalsa⚡️ mix (all flavors work well, but we like it with Garlic Jalapeño)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 10oz can diced tomatoes & green chilies, drained
  • ¾ cup whole milk
  • Garnishes: freshly chopped red bell pepper, onion, jalapeño 


  1. Place RadSalsa⚡️ mix and all other ingredients in a medium cast iron pan over medium-low heat. Stir well to combine.
  2. Stirring occasionally, heat the mixture for 10-15 minutes or until cheeses have melted. If the queso is too thick, add more milk, 2 tbsp at a time, stirring in between.
  3. Once the ingredients have melted, remove from heat and garnish with toppings of choice.
  4. Serve warm with tortilla chips!
