Recipe: Easy Queso Dip

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp RadSalsa⚡️ mix (all flavors work well, but we like it with Garlic Jalapeño)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 10oz can diced tomatoes & green chilies, drained
- ¾ cup whole milk
- Garnishes: freshly chopped red bell pepper, onion, jalapeño
Instructions:
- Place RadSalsa⚡️ mix and all other ingredients in a medium cast iron pan over medium-low heat. Stir well to combine.
- Stirring occasionally, heat the mixture for 10-15 minutes or until cheeses have melted. If the queso is too thick, add more milk, 2 tbsp at a time, stirring in between.
- Once the ingredients have melted, remove from heat and garnish with toppings of choice.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips!
