Recipe: Beefy Chili

  • 3 tbsp RadSalsa⚡️ mix (any flavor works, but we like it with Chipotle)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ red onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 15 oz can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 15 oz can navy beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 15 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 15 oz can diced tomatoes with green chiles
  • 1 8.75 oz can corn, rinsed and drained
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 tbsp butter 


  1. In a medium pan, melt 1 tbsp butter over medium-high heat.
  2. Cook beef for 15 minutes, or until browned.
  3. While beef is cooking, add 1 tbsp butter to a large pot over medium heat.
  4. Once butter has melted, add onion and garlic and sauté for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the RadSalsa⚡️ mix and all remaining ingredients to the pot and bring to a low boil.
  6. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for another 10 minutes.
  7. Add browned meat to chili, stir, and cook an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Remove from heat and serve with any of your favorites: sour cream, cilantro, cheddar cheese, sliced jalapeños, and tortilla chips.
