Recipe: Beefy Chili

Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp RadSalsa⚡️ mix (any flavor works, but we like it with Chipotle)
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ red onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 15 oz can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 15 oz can navy beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 15 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 15 oz can diced tomatoes with green chiles
- 1 8.75 oz can corn, rinsed and drained
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions:
- In a medium pan, melt 1 tbsp butter over medium-high heat.
- Cook beef for 15 minutes, or until browned.
- While beef is cooking, add 1 tbsp butter to a large pot over medium heat.
- Once butter has melted, add onion and garlic and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Add the RadSalsa⚡️ mix and all remaining ingredients to the pot and bring to a low boil.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Add browned meat to chili, stir, and cook an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve with any of your favorites: sour cream, cilantro, cheddar cheese, sliced jalapeños, and tortilla chips.
